About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a qualified Scaffolding Supervisor for a full-time position. This role involves overseeing the safe erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding systems on industrial and construction projects. The successful candidate will report to the Site Manager and is expected to maintain high standards of quality and productivity while ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all scaffolding erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities according to project requirements.
• Ensure scaffolding work complies with Saudi Aramco standards, company procedures, and HSE regulations.
• Coordinate daily activities of scaffolding crews for safe and efficient execution.
• Conduct routine inspections of scaffolding structures to confirm safety for use.
• Verify accuracy of scaffold tags, permits, and inspection records.
• Ensure proper utilization of scaffolding materials, tools, and equipment.
• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards associated with scaffolding operations.
• Coordinate with construction, maintenance, and HSE teams to support project schedules.
• Conduct toolbox talks and foster a strong safety culture among workers.
• Monitor workforce productivity and ensure work completion within project timelines.
• Maintain accurate reports, inspection records, and daily progress documentation.
• Liaise with clients, site management, and inspectors on scaffolding activities and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent qualification. A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor on industrial or construction projects is required. Holding a valid Saudi Aramco Scaffolding Supervisor Card is mandatory. Familiarity with Saudi Aramco HSE requirements and permit-to-work systems is essential.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards, erection procedures, inspection, and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to read scaffolding drawings and project specifications.

Work Location and Preference

This role requires the candidate to be locally available in Saudi Arabia. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing within the Kingdom.
