About the Role

emagine is seeking a highly experienced Senior Primavera P6 & SAP Integration Consultant to support a major Oil & Gas program in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role focuses on enhancing project control and governance through the integration of Primavera P6 and SAP systems for project planning and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Primavera P6 administration, configuration, implementation, and support.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for large-scale Oil & Gas projects.
• Establish project controls processes, governance frameworks, and scheduling standards.
• Configure and manage Primavera P6 EPPM environments (Cloud and On-Premises).
• Support project planning, progress measurement, forecasting, earned value analysis, and performance reporting.
• Lead integration activities between Primavera P6 and SAP ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Project Controls, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, and PMO teams.
• Manage project baselines, schedule updates, risk assessments, and recovery plans.
• Design and implement Primavera Unifier workflows, business processes, and approvals.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and project analytics reports.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, user training, UAT sessions, and provide go-live support.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, PMO standards, and client reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Controls, Planning, Scheduling, and PMO environments.
• Expert-level experience in Primavera P6 EPPM Administration, Configuration, and Implementation.
• Proven experience integrating Primavera P6 with SAP ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of SAP Project Systems (PS), Finance (FI/CO), and Procurement (MM) modules.
• Significant experience supporting large-scale Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, EPC, or Energy projects.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with Primavera Analytics, Oracle BI / OBIEE, or Power BI.
• Strong experience implementing Primavera Unifier.
• Familiarity with ETL Tools (ODI, SSIS) and Data Warehousing concepts.
• Experience supporting the full project lifecycle management from initiation through closeout.
• Client-Facing Consulting Experience.
