The Role of Senior Product Specialist

Salehiya Healthcare is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is responsible for promoting assigned products, providing clinical and technical support, and developing customer relationships to drive sales growth within a specified territory. The Senior Product Specialist supports product adoption, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of business objectives through engagement with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. The position requires 3-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell assigned Endoscopy and Surgical products to hospitals and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Provide clinical and technical support for assigned products through procedure support, product demonstrations, healthcare professional training, and expert knowledge of clinical applications and competitor offerings.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing relevant market insights.
• Support the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to achieve assigned targets.
• Manage customer accounts, sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunities using the CRM system.
• Support tenders, quotations, negotiations, and commercial activities in collaboration with internal teams.
• Follow up on product utilization, customer satisfaction, installations, and post-sales support.
• Participate in conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and medical education activities.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular sales, market, and customer reports.
• Mentor and support junior Product Specialists to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Support new product launches and implementation plans within the assigned market.
