The Role: Senior Sales Engineer

Carrier (KSA) is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and expanding Carrier's market presence within the region by focusing on strategic accounts and building strong customer relationships.

Role Objectives

• Achieve established business targets and contribute to enhanced profitability.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent business booking.
• Engage with strategic accounts to facilitate the closure of large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers while cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare comprehensive sales quotes and conduct diligent follow-ups to convert them into confirmed orders.
• Conduct thorough market surveys to identify new opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a sales engineering capacity, preferably within the HVAC, refrigeration, or related solutions industry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition and relationship management.
• Proficiency in preparing quotations and converting sales leads into orders.
• Strong analytical skills for market surveying and lead generation.
