About Jazeera Paints and the Opportunity

Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Showroom Sales Representative to join our team in Dammam. This full-time role is central to ensuring an exceptional customer experience, maintaining high service standards, and effectively managing customer needs throughout their journey, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.

Role Overview

The Showroom Sales Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the showroom, presenting products, and facilitating their orders. This position requires a commitment to ensuring a seamless and positive process for every customer, from their first interaction to the final delivery of goods.

Customer Engagement and Sales Responsibilities

  • Provide professional reception to customers inside the showrooms and maintain a high level of service.
  • Meet customer needs, deliver goods, and provide comprehensive customer service.
  • Follow up with customers from their entry into the showroom to the securing of their orders.
  • Calculate required quantities and assist customers in coordinating colors and products according to their needs.
  • Facilitate the invoicing process and ensure proper delivery of goods.
  • Achieve sales targets as per the sales plan.
  • Handle all customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.

Showroom and Inventory Management

  • Keep the showroom organized and clean at all times, ensuring order and tidiness.
  • Ensure all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogues, are readily available.
  • Accept online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform accordingly, considering required items and stock levels.
  • Secure a good stock of all items, especially fast-moving ones, by applying the policy for ordering from warehouses based on minimum and maximum levels for each item.
  • Adhere to the first-in, first-out policy to prevent dead stock and report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
  • Ensure the arrangement of goods in warehouses according to policy and procedure guidelines to maintain accurate stock and avoid discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.

Operational Coordination and Reporting

  • Coordinate effectively with all showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers.
  • Submit financial reports to the region accountant when required.
  • Adhere to depositing all sales cash amounts daily into the company’s account.
  • Provide the direct manager with regular reports on competitors' activities and promotions.
  • Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.
  • Submit periodic reports detailing achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.

Professional Conduct and Development

  • Commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement company policies and instructions.
  • Provide helpful ideas and suggestions to develop the sales process and add value.
  • Execute all function-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
