Role Overview

Napco National is seeking a Skilled Helper to join our full-time team in Dammam. This role is integral to supporting continuous production operations, primarily focusing on the efficient checking and loading of various raw materials (RM) and other raw materials (ORM) around the clock. The position requires individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare rolls for mounting on designated machines.
• Prepare pallets and packing materials as needed for production.
• Handle the packing, loading, unloading, weighing, and transferring of materials to Work-In-Progress (*** or finished goods areas.
• Monitor machine operation and product quality during production cycles.
• Acquire all necessary paperwork and materials, including documents, parts, and tools, from relevant sections.
• Ensure proper disposal of generated waste materials.
• Provide assistance to the Team Leader, Lead Operator, and Operator upon request.
• Accurately fill out roll and pallet labels.
• Report any quality defects observed to Quality Control (QC), Team Leader, Lead Operator, and Operator.
• Assist the operator in achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants for the Skilled Helper position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience, ideally gained within an industrial or manufacturing setting. A foundational understanding of production support tasks is beneficial.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role based at Napco National's facilities in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The position operates within a fast-paced production environment that requires continuous support and attention to detail.
