About the Opportunity

Napco National is seeking a Skilled Helper to join our operational team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment and support production processes.

Role Overview

The Skilled Helper plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supporting machine operations. This position involves a range of hands-on tasks, from preparing materials and monitoring production to assisting operators and maintaining quality standards within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Check and load various raw materials (RM) and other raw materials (ORM) on an ongoing basis.
• Prepare rolls for mounting onto designated machines.
• Prepare pallets and packing materials as needed for production and dispatch.
• Execute packing, loading, unloading, weighing, and transferring of materials to Work-In-Progress (*** or finished goods areas.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production cycle.
• Acquire all necessary paperwork and materials, including documents, parts, and tools, from relevant internal sections.
• Ensure proper disposal of generated waste materials.
• Provide assistance to the Team Leader, Lead Operator, and Operator upon request.
• Accurately fill out roll and pallet labels.
• Report any observed quality defects to Quality Control (QC), Team Leader, Lead Operator, and Operator promptly.
• Support the operator in achieving established Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should have 0-1 years of relevant experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting. This position is suitable for individuals at the entry level who are keen to develop their skills and contribute to a production team.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time role based in Dammam, Eastern Region. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative team environment, contributing directly to daily production operations.
