About Eradah Medical Rehabilitation Centers

Eradah Medical Rehabilitation Centers, established in 2016 and based in Dammam within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, is a CARF accredited leading provider of comprehensive rehabilitative care. The center offers a trusted network of multidisciplinary services, including physical, pediatric, occupational, speech and language therapy, and psychological counseling. The Role of a Speech Language Pathologist

Eradah Medical Rehabilitation Centers is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join its full-time team. This role is primarily focused on assessing the speech and language needs of pediatric patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing effective therapy. The Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating and adjusting care plans based on patient progress, and collaborating with families and educators to provide guidance for enhancing language skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' speech and language needs through detailed evaluations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, including clear objectives, treatments, outcomes, and discharge planning.
  • Provide therapeutic services according to established care plans, effectively addressing the child's needs.
  • Regularly evaluate the child's response to therapy and modify treatment plans to optimize development and progress.
  • Guide parents and teachers in practicing exercises and appropriate techniques in home or educational settings to support language development.
  • Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and physicians, to ensure a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
  • Complete necessary documentation in daily treatment notes as part of the Electronic Medical System (EMS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid license to practice as a Speech and Language Therapist in Saudi Arabia (SCFHS).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in speech and language therapy, preferably in a rehabilitation or hospital setting.
