About Progressive

Progressive is seeking a Thru Tubing Specialist to join its operational team in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia, specifically based in Dammam. This is a full-time position designed for a seasoned professional with extensive field experience in thru tubing operations.

The Role of a Thru Tubing Specialist

The Thru Tubing Specialist will be responsible for independently executing complex downhole operations. This role demands a high level of technical expertise and the capability to manage specialized tools in various field environments. The successful candidate will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient and safe deployment and operation of thru tubing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform stand-alone thru tubing field operations, demonstrating the ability to work effectively without direct supervision.
Operate and deploy hydraulic actuated thru tubing tools with precision and expertise.
Manage and run multi-lateral downhole tools, specifically those operated by Coiled Tubing.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 7 years of proven stand-alone experience as a Thru Tubing Field Specialist, without requiring supervision.
Demonstrated experience in running hydraulic actuated thru tubing tools.
Proven experience in running multi-lateral downhole tools operated by Coiled Tubing.
Preferable experience includes running thru tubing tools in Saudi Arabia (KSA), particularly with Saudi Aramco.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern region. The role primarily involves field-based operations, requiring the ability to work independently in various operational settings.
