About the Role

Fame Store is seeking a Project Sales and Pricing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on managing the sales cycle for projects from initial opportunity to successful closure and coordination. The specialist will be responsible for understanding project requirements, selecting materials, calculating costs, preparing offers, negotiating, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the market.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients, including companies, contractors, consultants, designers, and purchasing managers.
• Receive, review, and analyze RFQ/RFP pricing requests and tenders.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Quantify materials and understand the project's Scope of Work.
• Research and select appropriate materials and raw materials for each project.
• Calculate comprehensive project costs, including materials, manufacturing, installation, transportation, and other related expenses.
• Prepare detailed commercial and technical price offers, ensuring a suitable profit margin.
• Propose alternative materials or raw materials to optimize cost while maintaining quality standards.
• Negotiate prices and terms with clients.
• Follow up on submitted price offers until a client decision is reached.
• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets, with a base target of SAR 300,000.
• Coordinate with design, production, purchasing, and execution teams post-award.
• Manage and track change orders and additions within projects.
• Collaborate with financial management to follow up on project payment collections.
• Manage and update the sales pipeline, preparing weekly reports on opportunities and projects.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a commercial and technical mindset, capable of managing projects from the initial opportunity stage through to execution. This involves understanding client requirements, determining raw materials, costing, pricing, negotiating, and systematically transferring the project to the execution team.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in project sales and pricing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and BOQ documents.
• Strong understanding of cost calculation for materials, manufacturing, installation, and logistics.
• Demonstrated negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Proficiency in managing sales pipelines and preparing reports.

Compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from SAR 8,000 to SAR 10,000 per month. In addition, a monthly commission is offered on collected sales, structured as follows:

• Up to SAR 299,999 in monthly sales: * commission.
• From SAR 300,000 to SAR 499,999 in monthly sales: 1% commission.
• SAR 500,000 or more in monthly sales: * commission.

The primary monthly sales target is SAR 300,000.
