Alwedad Charity for Orphan Care is seeking a dedicated Social Responsibility Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for advancing the charity's mission through strategic social responsibility initiatives and partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of relevant experience to this impactful role.

Role Overview

The Social Responsibility Specialist will be instrumental in developing and executing initiatives that attract support and foster revenue growth for Alwedad Charity. This role involves a blend of strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful implementation of social responsibility programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of social responsibility initiatives and operational plans.
• Innovate qualitative initiatives and projects to attract support and develop revenue streams.
• Prepare estimated budgets for various initiatives and projects.
• Build and update a database of companies and social responsibility departments, categorizing them by support areas.
• Communicate with potential partners and coordinate meetings and introductory visits.
• Prepare meeting reports and follow up on resulting actions and opportunities.
• Design projects and proposals aligned with the directions and interests of partner entities.
• Assist in drafting contracts and partnership agreements.
• Monitor the implementation of supported projects and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Collect and analyze project data, preparing periodic and final reports for supporting entities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Social Responsibility, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of professional experience in partnerships, social responsibility, resource development, or project management.
• Previous experience in the non-profit sector is preferred.

Essential Skills and Tools

• High-level communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to prepare professional presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Social Responsibility Specialist will operate within a collaborative environment, contributing directly to the charitable objectives of Alwedad Charity.
