About the Marketing & Social Media Specialist Role

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Marketing & Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities, managing the company's digital channels, and driving brand awareness and audience engagement to achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all company social media platforms.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and content plans.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Maintain and manage the company's Google Business Profile.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Coordinate effectively with designers, content creators, and internal stakeholders.
Stay informed about current digital marketing trends and propose innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the role.

Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management is necessary.
Previous experience within the real estate sector is preferred.

Required Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in social media management tools and best practices.
Demonstrated experience with digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profile listings.
Ability to develop effective marketing strategies and analyze campaign performance data.
Excellent content creation and communication skills.
Creative thinking, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
