About iHR and the Role

iHR (International Human Resources) is a national institution specializing in providing comprehensive human resources solutions and services. We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to our business development efforts, focusing on attracting new clients and expanding our market presence within the human resources sector.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying and engaging potential clients for our recruitment services and human resources solutions. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, including regular field visits and strategic client relationship management to achieve established sales targets and contribute to the institution's overall success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attract new clients and strategically expand the targeted client base.
  • Conduct regular field visits to both current and potential clients to foster engagement.
  • Actively promote recruitment services and human resources solutions to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present commercial offers, negotiating terms with clients until contract completion.
  • Build and manage long-term, professional relationships with clients.
  • Follow up on client needs and provide appropriate, timely solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and diligently follow up on sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a closely related specialization.
  • Minimum of two years of proven experience in field sales, specifically within the human resources sector.

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and thrive in a competitive sales environment.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and a readiness for extensive field work.

Work Environment
