Join CTRD Arabia as an IT Support Technician!
CTRD Arabia, a trusted provider of national security solutions, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Technician. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical assistance, playing a critical part in delivering excellent customer service to our staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or helpdesk system.
  • Provide first-line diagnosis and resolution for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Set up and configure new user accounts and hardware.
  • Log and track all incidents and service requests in the helpdesk system.
  • Assist with routine maintenance and updates of IT systems.
  • Support administration of Microsoft 365 and assist with device enrolment and configuration.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and user guides.

Requirements:
Essential criteria include basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, and strong problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a customer service or IT support role is preferred but not required. Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
