JD Logistics is a global leader in supply chain and logistics solutions, known for its commitment to innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence. As we expand in the Middle East, we are looking for a Cashier to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all cash collections from delivery drivers/couriers and manage petty cash processes.
- Prepare daily cash summary reports and submit them to the Depot Accountant.
- Count cash in the locker at the beginning and end of shifts for accuracy and reconciliation.
- Prepare and make bank deposits based on daily collections.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Report any discrepancies found within the accounts.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reports.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a cashier, preferably in an FMCG or logistics company.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
