In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, processing payments, and providing an exceptional level of customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Process payments and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist with sales and promote our coffee offerings.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems (Odoo is a plus).
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
