At dentsu, a global leader in media and customer experience management, we are seeking a Media Manager to take charge of daily media planning and campaign execution across important client accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong cross-channel media knowledge and analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead media planning across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand strategy.
- Develop annual and quarterly media plans, including budget allocation and audience strategies.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution — from briefing and activation to optimization and reporting.
- Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance to ensure campaigns meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to deliver integrated communication solutions.
- Analyze campaign data to generate insights and inform future planning.
- Prepare and present media plans and performance reports to clients.
- Build strong client relationships and act as the day-to-day point of contact for media-related queries.
- Supervise and guide junior planners to support their development.
- Stay updated on market trends and new media opportunities.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in media planning and campaign management (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of cross-channel media including digital, social, and TV.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into recommendations.
- Experience with media planning tools and measurement platforms.
- Strong communication and client-management capabilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
