We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to become a vital part of our Corporate Finance Services division. This role is key in managing and structuring financing and investment funds regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to become a vital part of our Corporate Finance Services division. This role is key in managing and structuring financing and investment funds regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in achieving their Capital investment targets.
- Originate and execute corporate finance transactions and manage financing funds.
- Participate in preparing financial models, investment memoranda, and transaction documentation.
- Coordinate with legal and Shariah advisors and regulators to ensure compliance.
- Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and investors.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis.
- Understanding of CMA regulations and financing structures in Saudi Arabia.
- Knowledge of Shariah-compliant financing products.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking.
- CME certification preferred.
