The Opportunity: Real Estate Sales Consultant

As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their property journey, offering expert advice on suitable residential and commercial properties. This role encompasses managing the entire sales process, from initial client engagement to the successful conclusion of agreements within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing tailored real estate consultations based on their specific needs.
• Oversee the sales, purchase, and rental transactions for both residential and commercial real estate properties.
• Conduct continuous market research, monitoring and updating data related to property prices and vital target areas.
• Accompany clients on field tours and ensure the successful finalization of agreements.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for specializations in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of proven experience within the real estate sector and the Saudi labor market.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong negotiation capabilities and excellent communication skills are essential.
• Other: Possession of personal transportation is a prerequisite for this role.
