Join Saudi Gold Refinery as a Construction Supervisor
Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) is seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee civil and structural works for our refining and CIL plant expansion projects. With a focus on safety, quality, and compliance, you will play a key role in our operations aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.

Role Overview
As a Construction Supervisor, you will manage contractor performance, coordinate site resources, and ensure adherence to strict safety and regulatory standards. You will report directly to the Engineering & Projects Manager and contribute to executing capital projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution Oversight: Direct daily construction activities for civil and structural works per approved engineering designs.
• HSE Compliance Enforcement: Enforce adherence to Permit-to-Work systems to maintain a zero-harm environment.
• Quality Assurance Control: Inspect materials and workmanship for compliance with SASO standards.
• Contractor Performance Management: Monitor contractor productivity to meet weekly construction targets safely.
• Technical Coordination: Resolve site-level technical conflicts with the engineering team.
• Progress Reporting: Submit daily and weekly progress reports.
• Material and Logistics Control: Coordinate construction material delivery to avoid site congestion.
• Handover Documentation: Prepare and validate as-built drawings and quality records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 12 years of industrial construction experience.
• Proven experience managing EPC contractors in mining or processing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes and MIM regulations.
• Proficiency in engineering drawings and technical reports.
• Valid construction safety certification (*, OSHA 30 or NEBOSH).
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Success Metrics

• Achievement of construction milestones within the scheduled baseline.
• Zero lost-time injuries during the supervision period.
• All non-conformance reports (NCRs) closed promptly.
