3PL Territory Senior Account Manager

About the Role

Delivery Hero is seeking a 3PL Territory Senior Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting day-to-day 3PL account operations, ensuring a balance between rider supply and delivery demand, and assisting in the onboarding of new 3PL partners for regional fleet expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily 3PL account operations in the Eastern Province to maintain an adequate balance between rider supply and delivery demand.
• Assist in onboarding and activating new 3PL partners to support regional fleet expansion and coverage goals.
• Monitor 3PL operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics, identifying and highlighting gaps to senior team members.
• Assist 3PL partners in resolving routine operational issues, logistics obstacles, and account inquiries.
• Review 3PL billing accuracy, assist in invoice validation, and track payment releases in coordination with the Finance department.

Partner Engagement and Retention

• Participate in operational touchpoints with 3PL partners in the Eastern Province to build strong working relationships and improve vendor retention.
• Gather operational feedback from 3PL vendors to identify areas for workflow and communication improvements.
• Support the communication of operational updates, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures to 3PL partners.
• Monitor daily 3PL compliance with HungerStation’s Code of Conduct and operational standards.

Governance and Operational Resilience

• Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes to ensure daily work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. The position requires a professional who can manage operational support, partner engagement, and compliance within a dynamic environment.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on operations within the Eastern Province. The role involves working collaboratively with 3PL partners and internal teams to achieve operational goals.
