Accountant (Fresh Graduate)

About the Role

UCC Holding is seeking an Accountant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations, and providing financial insights to support organizational decision-making. The Accountant will provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports, and analyzing financial information to determine or maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and financial statements.
• Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments.
• Establish tables of accounts and record all entries in their proper accounts.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
• Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, utilizing current computer technology.
• Examine and analyze financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Ensure the accuracy of data contained in all financial reports.
• Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or provide advice.
• Ensure that records and analysis reflect a true and accurate measure of the business, as presented in graphs, and are available on a real-time basis.
• Ensure that analysis reflects true and accurate data of actual costs versus budgeted costs.
• Ensure proficient use of assigned programs to facilitate real-time availability of financial reports.
• Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in an accounting role.
