Application Specialist Pharmacy Informatics

About the Role

InterSystems is seeking an Application Specialist Pharmacy Informatics to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leveraging healthcare, business, and InterSystems product knowledge to ensure the successful and timely implementation of InterSystems products. The specialist will act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Medications Management module of the TrakCare Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure successful, standard, and timely contracting and implementation of InterSystems products.
• Become an expert Pharmacy resource for customers, understanding their processes and assessing solution best fit.
• Advise on the best implementation of standard solutions as early as possible.
• Guide customers on maximizing benefits from the solution while minimizing customer-specific work.
• Liaise with various business areas as required.
• Stay updated with new product developments through the normal product release cycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Hospital Pharmacy background with in-depth knowledge of hospital pharmacy workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of Medication Management systems.

Work Environment and Travel

This role requires the Application Specialist to be available for customer site visits. Projects may necessitate regular travel, potentially involving up to 5 days away from home each week.
