About the Role

Qureos is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Area Manager - Specialty Coffee to oversee the operations of multiple specialty coffee stores in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with a strong background in the coffee industry and a proven track record in managing and developing successful teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of multiple specialty coffee stores within the designated area.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and services.
• Monitor and analyze store performance through regular visits and audits.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Train and mentor store managers on effective management techniques and company policies.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to store managers.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in the recruitment and selection of store managers and other staff.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels at all times.
• Identify and address any operational issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar role within the coffee industry.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop successful teams.
• Strong understanding of store operations, sales, and profitability metrics.

Work Environment

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves overseeing multiple specialty coffee stores. The role is full-time and requires regular travel between locations within the designated area.
