Associate Engineer Chassis

About the Role

CEER is seeking an Associate Engineer, Chassis to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting the suspension development team with a focus on CAD knowledge for package and kinematic studies. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to optimize chassis components and ensure feasibility.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to provide support for the suspension development team. This includes utilizing strong CAD knowledge for package and kinematic studies to define hardpoints and suspension parameters. The Associate Engineer will work closely with the CAE department to optimize these elements, cross-check feasibility in CAD, and support the team in aligning feasibility with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, integration, validation, and lifecycle management of suspension integration and accessories.
• Generate concept studies for suspension systems.
• Perform package and kinematic simulations for different chassis concepts.
• Support Bill of Material (BOM) and release management.
• Facilitate cross-functional team alignments for targets.
• Provide development support for accessories such as trailer hitches, tow eyes, and jacks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Controls, or an equivalent engineering field.
• Experience in automotive development.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Associate Engineer will work as part of a dedicated team focused on chassis and suspension development.
