We are seeking a full-time BD Exec/Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on developing client relationships and recruiting talent within the Saudi Arabian market.

Role Purpose

The BD Exec/Recruitment Consultant will contribute to Halian's growth in the Kingdom by connecting talent with opportunities and developing client partnerships. The position involves working to build teams for organizations across Saudi Arabia, operating within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow client relationships across Saudi Arabia.
• Sign up and onboard new clients.
• Contribute to the growth of Halian's presence in the Kingdom.
• Achieve and exceed recruitment and revenue targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of agency recruitment experience.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Driven, motivated, and commercially minded.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in technology or professional services recruitment is an advantage.
