Role Overview

Incorta Inc. is seeking a BI Solution Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves implementing and customizing Incorta's data analytics platform to meet specific customer requirements. The Solution Engineer will collaborate with customers and partners to design and execute tailored analytics strategies, ensuring technical excellence and a smooth deployment process. The position requires a combination of technical acumen, consultative skills, and effective communication, serving as an advisor to customers to help them utilize Incorta's capabilities fully. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the Incorta platform based on specific business requirements and project objectives.
• Collaborate with customers to define an overarching analytics strategy aligned with Incorta’s technical capabilities.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to introduce the Incorta platform across various use cases and industries.
• Estimate the scope and level of effort required for implementation and integration work.
• Write clear and detailed technical design documentation for delivered solutions.
• Support the onboarding and enablement of customers and partners through hands-on configuration and guidance.
• Work effectively within a cross-functional environment that includes clients, partners, and internal Incorta teams.

Required Experience and Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a cross-functional environment, interacting with clients, partners, and internal Incorta teams to achieve project goals.
