Role Overview: BIM Modeler (Architectural)

El Seif Engineering Contracting is seeking a BIM Modeler (Architectural) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves creating, developing, and maintaining accurate architectural 3D models within a Building Information Modeling (BIM) environment. The position requires coordination with multidisciplinary teams, production of detailed shop drawings, and ensuring models comply with project standards to support the design-to-construction workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D architectural models for building exteriors, interiors, and landscapes using Revit or other BIM software, adhering to project LOD requirements (LOD 350, 400 & 500).
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings, sections, and schedules derived from the BIM model.
• Ensure compliance with LOD, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company standards, and project-specific requirements.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (Civil, Structural, and MEP) to identify and resolve clashes, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Set up families and libraries for architectural systems.
• Update models to reflect design changes, RFIs, and site modifications.
• Export models and drawings for submission in required formats such as DWG, IFC, and PDFs.
• Support project engineers and managers by providing accurate quantity take-offs and data from models.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to resolving multidisciplinary issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM files.
• Conduct model quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with established standards.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in creating architectural 3D models including walls, finishes, openings, floors, ceilings, furniture, landscape, and façade.
• Proficiency in Revit or other BIM software.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in producing detailed shop drawings.
• Familiarity with LOD, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and project-specific requirements.
• Ability to support visualization and walkthroughs using rendering visualization tools is considered a plus.
