Business Analyst

About the Role

JMM INNOVATIONS is seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of a large-scale enterprise IT product. This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring immediate on-site availability.

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will work directly with business and technical stakeholders. The primary objective is to gather, document, and validate requirements, ensuring complex business needs are accurately translated into clear, testable product specifications from project kickoff through user acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements through structured stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
• Write clear, high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Map current-state and future-state business processes using industry standards (BPMN).
• Act as the core bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Maintain requirement traceability matrices and manage incoming change requests.
• Validate delivered features against agreed requirements and lead UAT planning and execution.
• Produce clear project and system documentation in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise or large-scale IT environments.
• Proven track record drafting comprehensive BRDs, functional specifications, and process workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and interviewing capabilities.
• Immediate availability in Riyadh for on-site execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile frameworks (Jira/Confluence).
• Background delivering IT projects within Saudi Arabia.
• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or Engineering.
