The Role of Business Consultant

ExeQut is seeking an experienced Business Consultant specializing in Target Operating Model & Business Processes. This is a 6-month contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The consultant will be responsible for designing target operating models, optimizing business processes, and developing policies and procedures to enhance client operational effectiveness. This role requires an Arabic-speaking professional with 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Target Operating Models (TOM) in alignment with client strategies.
• Map, analyze, and reengineer business processes (As-Is / To-Be).
• Develop policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Design organizational structures, governance frameworks, and RACI matrices.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Present findings and recommendations to client leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Consultant.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex operations into efficient working methods.
