About the Role

Insignia Search is seeking a Business Development Representative to support continued growth for their client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to candidates with 2-5 years of experience in sales development and business development roles.

Role Context

This role is suitable for commercially driven sales talent. It offers flexibility for individuals experienced in SDR, BDR, inside sales, business development, account management, or early-stage enterprise sales. The position can accommodate candidates strong in inbound lead qualification and pipeline building, as well as those more experienced in outbound prospecting, account research, and engaging senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Engage potential customers through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers.
Schedule qualified meetings for the wider sales team.
Maintain accurate records and activity updates in the CRM.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support campaign and pipeline goals.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for meetings, qualified opportunities, and pipeline generation.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, sales development, business development, or account management.
Experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, software, technology, or another fast-paced commercial environment.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Confidence in engaging prospects by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Target-driven, resilient, organized, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
