About the Role

Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy is partnering with a prominent Saudi gym chain to recruit a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading the company through its next phase of growth and expansion. The CEO will report directly to the board and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to define and achieve long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to foster growth, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer experience across all gym locations.
• Lead business development initiatives, including market entry strategies and new partnerships.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of service delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and develop a strong leadership team, cultivating a company culture aligned with the brand's values and mission.
• Drive marketing, branding, and community engagement strategies to increase membership and brand loyalty.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting and reporting, to ensure sustainable profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and industry standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive in the fitness, health, or hospitality sectors, with a preference for experience within the GCC region.
• A strong understanding of the Saudi market's consumer behavior and regulatory landscape.
• Over 10 years of leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of driving growth and improving operational performance.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is considered advantageous.
