The Opportunity: Engineering Supervisor

Almarai is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading a multi-skilled team to deliver essential engineering and maintenance services. The supervisor will ensure that all process engineering operations meet management performance requirements and adhere to defined safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage a self-directing multi-skilled team.
• Provide engineering and maintenance services to meet internal customer requirements.
• Ensure all process engineering operations and services meet management performance requirements.
• Verify that all operational activities comply with defined safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in an engineering or maintenance supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a technical team.
• Strong understanding of process engineering operations and maintenance best practices.
