Role Overview

The Chief Accountant will lead the accounting function across Oaktree Group's diverse entities, which include real estate, hospitality, homes, and technology. This role requires a professional who can ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management within a growing organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting operations for the group's various business units.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and cash flow forecasting.
• Manage audits, regulatory compliance, and implement cost control measures.
• Develop and implement accounting processes and systems to support decision-making.
• Collaborate directly with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in accounting or a related financial role.
• Demonstrated understanding of financial controls, Zakat/VAT regulations, and general regulatory compliance.
• Experience with group-level financial structures and multi-entity reporting.

Required Skills

• Ability to identify and implement solutions for financial processes.
