The Role of Collocation Manager

Azure is seeking an experienced and highly capable Collocation Manager to oversee the management, performance, and day-to-day operations of collocated spaces and partners within its residential compounds in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to ensuring all collocation activities align with Azure’s operational standards, residential compound objectives, and the overall resident experience. The Collocation Manager will serve as a key link between Azure, collocation partners, internal departments, and residential compound management teams to ensure smooth operations and strong partner performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of collocated spaces within Azure’s residential compounds.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, operators, service providers, and strategic partners.
• Ensure all residential compound partners comply with Azure’s operational, service, branding, health & safety, and community standards.
• Monitor the performance of collocated spaces and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with Leasing, Property Management, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Support the onboarding and opening process of new collocation partners, ensuring full readiness prior to launch.
• Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews to ensure compliance with Azure standards.
• Monitor partner activities and ensure they contribute positively to the overall residential compound experience.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the range and quality of services available within Azure’s residential compounds.
• Support the development of business cases, proposals, and recommendations for new collocation opportunities.
• Ensure effective coordination between collocation partners and residential compound management teams.
• Address operational issues, partner concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare regular management reports covering residential compound performance, operational status, challenges, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, partner performance, and resident satisfaction.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, Property Management, or a related field.

Professional Experience and Core Competencies

• Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in managing residential compound operations and coordinating with commercial partners, tenants, operators, or third-party service providers.
• Strong understanding of residential compound operations and service delivery.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced residential compound environment.
• Strong understanding of customer and resident experience.

Technical Proficiency

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant property or residential compound management systems.
• Experience using an Ejar platform/system.
