Commercial Director

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Commercial Director to lead commercial strategy and execution across multiple segments and revenue streams. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences while driving top-line performance and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies across all revenue streams, including Group, Conference, and Events (GCE), Rooms, Food and Beverage, Leisure, and Spa.
• Collaborate with General Managers and Finance to ensure commercial decisions support revenue goals, optimize cost of sales, and achieve profit and margin targets.
• Oversee revenue management practices, including pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting, and business reviews, to optimize revenue across all segments.
• Coordinate on-property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations activities to support brand positioning and drive demand.
• Monitor market trends, assess the competitive landscape, and adjust commercial strategies to adapt to evolving market conditions.
• Build relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams, and external partners to align goals and create long-term commercial value.
• Drive engagement and retention within the team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess over 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of commercial strategy and execution within the hospitality sector.
