About the Commi Role

The Carreo Internaional is seeking a dedicated Commi to join its full-time kitchen team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is an opportunity for individuals with a foundation in culinary arts, specifically within bakery and bread-making processes, to contribute to a dynamic commercial kitchen environment.

Role Contribution

As a Commi, you will play a direct role in the production of high-quality bread, ensuring all culinary standards and safety protocols are consistently met. This position offers a structured environment for professional development and skill enhancement within a bustling kitchen operation.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and baking of various bread types.
• Ensure strict adherence to established cooking standards and health regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned workstations.
• Operate conventional and combi ovens efficiently and safely.
• Provide support to senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and tasks.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with stock management procedures.
• Actively participate in kitchen training and development sessions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 1-2 years of experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Demonstrated experience in bread-making and bakery processes.
• Familiarity with the operation of conventional and combi oven equipment.
