About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a dedicated Concierge for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Diriyah, located in Riyadh and Ad Dir'iyah. This full-time position is central to delivering exceptional service to Residence owners and their guests within a luxury hospitality environment. The Concierge will manage diverse requests, provide comprehensive information, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to Residence owners' and guests' requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services such as transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning, by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
• Address special requests from Residence owners and guests with unique needs, following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Gather, summarize, and provide information regarding the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
• Announce all visitors, contractors, and others to Residence owners before granting access, ensuring only authorized visitors are permitted and recorded in the key track system.
• Answer, record, and process all incoming calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Contact appropriate individuals or departments (*, Engineer, Bellperson, Housekeeping) as needed to resolve calls, requests, or problems.
• Understand and assist with owners’ reservation services (HRS).
• Assist with scheduling elevator use for Residence owners/tenants during move-in/out.
• Provide assistance with Bell/valet services for owners requesting their vehicles.
• Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks as required.

Operational Standards and Professional Conduct

• Review shift logs and daily memo books, documenting pertinent information in logbooks.
• Report any incidents, accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to management, and complete all required safety training and certifications.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, ensure confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all Residence owners and their guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally and clearly, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to colleagues' concerns.
• Comply with all quality assurance expectations and standards, adhering to the highest standards of The Ritz-Carlton service excellence.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift, and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
• Preferred Experience: Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar position within a luxury hotel, luxury residential property, or other high-end hospitality environment.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this role.

In compliance with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia labor and localization requirements, only Saudi nationals will be considered for this position.
