The Role of Content Creator

Satel is seeking a Content Creator to serve as the company's voice across various digital platforms. This full-time role involves capturing and presenting the lifestyle within Satel's residential communities, focusing on moments that convey a sense of belonging and community. The Content Creator will be responsible for the entire content creation process, from ideation to publication.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop compelling narratives that reflect Satel's brand and community life.
• Manage the end-to-end content creation process, including conceptualization, shooting, editing, captioning, and publishing across platforms.
• Appear in front of the camera when content requires a personal presence.
• Document community events, daily routines, and resident interactions with discretion.
• Monitor current trends on social media platforms and determine Satel's participation strategy.
• Analyze content performance based on reach, engagement, and inquiries generated, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Reporting Structure and Work Environment

The Content Creator reports directly to the Social Media Manager, who oversees strategy and the content calendar. This role is responsible for content creation and publishing within that framework. Collaboration with the in-house photographer, who handles property and unit visuals, is expected. The nature of community events requires availability during evenings and weekends, with work hours balanced throughout the week.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in content creation.
• Demonstrated ability to produce engaging content that highlights lifestyle and community.
• Proficiency in content production, including filming, editing, and publishing.
• Understanding of social media trends and platform dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and manage the full content lifecycle.
