We are seeking a Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, a full-time position.

Role Purpose

The Customer Solutions Consultant plays a pivotal role in enabling customers to achieve digital transformation through cloud communication. This involves leading collaboration with virtual teams, including sales, engineers, and support resources. The consultant is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, influencing long-term strategic direction, and serving as a trusted advisor. This role drives executive-level engagement with CXOs and technology decision-makers, assisting customers in evaluating their cloud communication strategy, recommending aligned solutions, removing deployment roadblocks, and ensuring successful adoption while driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison between Sales and Product teams during the sales process, supporting solution design, quotes, proposals, RFP responses, and related documentation.
• Develop working knowledge of Unifonic's conversational AI and omnichannel communications platform.
• Participate in Sales team meetings to understand customer pain points, requirements, and business goals, and help shape relevant solutions.
• Support problem escalation and best-practice efforts to enhance clients' and internal teams' effective use of Unifonic's products.
• Build and deliver product demonstrations and pilots that showcase Unifonic's value to prospects and clients.
• Relay timely and organized client feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development based on real business cases.
• Ensure a clean handoff of won deals to the Customer Success team, providing clear context on customer goals and configuration.
• Support Sales and Account Management on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with technical input.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, Engineering) as needed to close deals.

Required Experience and Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant sales or solutions consulting role.
• Demonstrated ability to create a positive customer experience by matching appropriate product and service offerings to their needs.
• Proficiency in understanding and troubleshooting customer needs, translating them into workable solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with comfort in engaging multiple stakeholders and collaborating effectively with virtual and cross-functional teams.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Province. The role operates within a collaborative sales team that values building relationships and helping customers achieve their goals through Unifonic's communication solutions.
