About the Position

The Cybersecurity Operations Senior Lead Specialist will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing the operational security measures that safeguard Tadawul's systems and data. This position involves leading initiatives to monitor, detect, and effectively respond to cybersecurity threats, thereby ensuring the continuous integrity and availability of the exchange's operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily cybersecurity operations, including continuous monitoring, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
• Oversee and refine incident response processes, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of security incidents.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and enforcement of robust cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend advanced security tools and technologies to enhance operational capabilities and defense mechanisms.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure that security controls are effectively integrated across all systems and applications.
