Role Overview

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a DTS Sales Manager – MENA to lead the commercial growth of ZBEdge® and ROSA® Robotics across the region. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and requires 5-10 years of experience. The role focuses on market development, strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable growth for Digital Technology Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute the regional growth strategy for Digital Technology Solutions (DTS).
• Develop strategic opportunities with leading hospitals and healthcare groups.
• Drive ROSA Robotics placements, adoption, and long-term utilization.
• Expand the ZBEdge ecosystem across key markets.
• Build a strong pipeline and accelerate opportunities from strategy to execution.
• Strengthen the capabilities of local teams and distributor partners.
• Develop commercial models that create long-term value for customers and the business.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in MedTech commercial roles.
• Experience with capital equipment is preferred.
• Experience with robotics is preferred.
• Experience with digital technologies in orthopedics is preferred.

Work Environment
