About the Role

Four Points is seeking a dedicated Demi Chef de Partie to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is open to Saudi nationals only and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of food items, ensuring adherence to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to specified recipes, quality standards, and presentation requirements.
• Regulate temperatures of cooking equipment such as ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Prepare special meals or substitute items as needed.
• Ensure proper portioning, arrangement, and garnishing of food items.
• Prepare cold food items.
• Pull food from freezer storage for thawing in the refrigerator.
• Maintain food logs and monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared.

Operational Support and Communication

• Communicate assistance needed during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Inform the Chef of excess food items that can be utilized in daily specials.
• Inform Food & Beverage service staff about menu specials and any out-of-stock menu items.
• Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.

Team Collaboration and Professional Standards

• Assist management with various employee-related tasks, including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching.
• Serve as a role model for colleagues, fostering positive working relationships and supporting team goals.
• Follow all company, safety, and security policies and procedures.
• Complete all required safety training and certifications.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs, speaking with others using clear and professional language.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards in all aspects of work.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
