Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, cook, and test dishes according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Supervise junior kitchen team members, including line cooks, and provide support as needed in the absence of senior chefs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain cleanliness across all work areas, ensuring they are tidy and free of cross-contamination.
• Monitor ingredient quality, ensuring proper storage and stock rotation to comply with food quality standards.
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring the highest standards for guest and team member wellbeing.
• Assist with guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, contributing to a positive dining experience.
