The firm is seeking a Design Manager - Telecoms/AV/ELV to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology infrastructure across a portfolio of large-scale developments.

Role Overview

The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design aspects of various technology systems within complex projects. This includes ensuring the efficient and integrated delivery of telecoms, audio-visual (AV), and extra-low voltage (ELV) infrastructure. The role requires coordination across multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage design consultants specializing in telecoms, AV, ICT, security, and ELV systems.
• Review technology strategies, design submissions, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate ICT and low-voltage systems effectively across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ensure the seamless integration of smart technologies, security systems, structured cabling, AV, and communications infrastructure.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities and facilitate technical workshops.
• Monitor consultant performance and track project deliverables to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
• Review compliance with relevant industry standards, project requirements, and authority regulations.
• Support the development and implementation of procurement and technology strategies.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess a strong background in design management within the telecoms, AV, or ELV sectors. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required, demonstrating a proven ability to manage complex technology infrastructure projects and lead design consultants effectively.

Work Setting and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders on significant development projects across the region.
