Role Overview

The E-Commerce Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of *******'s e-commerce processes. This includes critical functions such as order management, vendor coordination, and logistics. The position plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence and guaranteeing timely, accurate fulfillment of all e-commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily order processing and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Coordinate effectively with logistics partners and suppliers to obtain stock and shipment updates.
• Maintain accurate product data, current stock levels, and correct pricing information on the website.
• Provide support to the customer service team by assisting with order, refund, and delivery queries.
• Track inventory diligently and flag any identified shortages or delays to management.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing operational performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure that all operational workflows meet internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and established quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations or a similar field. A strong understanding of order management, logistics coordination, and inventory control is essential for success in this role.
