E commerce Account Manager

About the Role

Laverne Group is seeking an E-commerce Account Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Salla store. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce platform operations. The role involves acting as the primary coordination point between business teams, Salla support, third-party providers, and internal IT, focusing on maintaining business continuity and operational efficiency.

Role Responsibilities

• Monitor daily Salla store operations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely resolutions to ensure business continuity.
• Gather and analyze requirements from various departments including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Customer Service.
• Liaise directly with Salla support for technical issues, platform requests, incidents, and outstanding cases.
• Provide operational support for campaigns, promotions, discount codes, store users, and new marketing initiatives.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, onboarding, offboarding, and conduct periodic access reviews.
• Monitor order flows and investigate issues related to payments, fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
• Manage integrations with shipping providers, payment gateways, ERP systems, marketing applications, and other third-party services.
• Maintain approved store settings, product categories, shipping rules, payment methods, and operational configurations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business teams, Salla, external providers, and internal IT.
• Maintain issue trackers, enhancement logs, implementation updates, and operational performance reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, E-commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce platform operations, business applications, digital commerce, or application support.
• Hands-on experience with Salla or a comparable e-commerce platform is strongly preferred.

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of order flows, payments, shipping, promotions, user permissions, store configuration, and integrations.
• Working knowledge of ERP connections, APIs, payment gateways, shipping integrations, and third-party applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic team focused on e-commerce operations for Laverne Group.
