Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement best practices for product listings, content creation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and Paid Social Media campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Excel to generate insights and reports.
• Manage stock updates, product uploads, category builds, and various promotional activities on e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and customer service teams to optimize trade activities and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports with data-driven insights to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify market trends.
• Participate in website improvement projects aimed at enhancing user experience and site performance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience with various e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with tools like Google Analytics and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Solid digital marketing skills, encompassing PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, and Paid Social Media.
• Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration and reporting.
