About the Associate E-Commerce Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking an Associate E-Commerce to join our team in Makkah, serving both Jeddah and Makkah regions. This full-time position is designed for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on the efficient fulfillment of e-commerce orders through offline retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

The Associate E-Commerce is responsible for the urgent and efficient fulfillment of e-commerce orders via retail stores. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Achieving e-commerce sales targets.
  • Supporting the frontline team in processing returns.
  • Ensuring knowledge transfer to other team members and sharing awareness of the hybrid approach in retail.
  • Reporting identified technical errors instantly to the IT Service Desk, explaining issues, and maintaining communication with the support team.
  • Reporting identified stock shortages instantly, explaining issues to concerned stakeholders, and ensuring system records are updated.
  • Ensuring compliance with Omnichannel system processes and operating policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess:

  • 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
  • An understanding of e-commerce operations and retail fulfillment processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide support to team members.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational issues.
  • Adherence to established policies and procedures for omnichannel systems.
