About the Company and Role

Al Rugaib Holding Company is seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to join its contracting and construction team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing electrical and low-current works on site, ensuring compliance with designs and specifications, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Role Overview

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for supervising the installation of electrical systems and managing electrical subcontractors. A key aspect of this role is ensuring that all installations adhere to approved designs, specifications, and relevant authority requirements, including those set by SEC.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the installation of electrical power, lighting, and low-current systems.
Ensure all works comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, and SEC requirements.
Coordinate with civil and mechanical teams to resolve interface issues.
Review electrical material submittals and shop drawings.
Monitor the progress, manpower, and materials of electrical subcontractors.
Raise inspection requests and attend inspections with QA/QC personnel and consultants.
Plan and witness the testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
Coordinate permanent power connections with SEC.
Prepare electrical progress reports and as-built documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

A degree in Electrical Engineering.
Between 5 to 10 years of experience in electrical engineering within the contracting and construction industry.
Demonstrated ability to supervise on-site electrical works and manage subcontractors.
Strong understanding of electrical designs, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to supervise and coordinate electrical works effectively.
